Key visual and visual principles
We develop the key visual and its adaptation rules, or work from your agency’s approved concept. The message is checked across representative formats.
Campaign Assets
One creative idea, developed into a coordinated set of assets for agreed placements and languages.
Plan campaign assets
01 / Objective and approach
We turn one creative idea into a coordinated campaign asset system: key visuals, video, cutdowns, motion and static formats. Before production, we map platforms, dimensions, languages and the role of each asset so that adaptations preserve the idea.
For marketing teams and agencies coordinating multiple placements. SIDE/EFFECTS can act as the production partner for an agency’s approved concept.
02 / Production scope
Scope and versions are agreed before production.

02
Master edits, cutdowns, bumpers, opening or end-card variants and animated graphics. Each asset’s role determines its production scope.
03
Static and motion assets for social and display placements, with dimensions, aspect ratios, copy and subtitles mapped in advance. Delivery is checked against a clearly labelled file matrix.
03 / Production workflow
Key approvals come before the next production stage.
Concept and media plan: review the approved idea, brand rules, copy and placements; define the role of each asset.
Asset matrix: agree platforms, dimensions, durations, languages, file count, responsibilities and technical requirements.
Base production and adaptations: approve representative layouts and motion rules before producing the full set, then create agreed versions.
QC and handover: check copy, safe areas and technical parameters; reconcile final files with the matrix and deliver the complete set.
04 / Before production
Scope, versions and terms are agreed for the project.
Yes, production can be discussed around your agency’s approved concept. We need the idea, brand rules, available assets, copy and placement specifications. SIDE/EFFECTS’ role, approval points and responsibility for changes are agreed before work begins.
The matrix lists platforms, dimensions, durations, languages and the role of each version. It defines file count and production scope. New formats or languages after approval are assessed separately; unlimited adaptations are not assumed.
Before production, define who supplies and approves copy, translations and subtitles. Localization may be part of the agreed scope or use client-approved materials. Languages, review responsibilities and approval are agreed for the project rather than assigned by a universal policy.
The production matrix defines the assets to be delivered. Editable files, rights and responsibility for media buying are discussed separately. Having placement-ready assets does not automatically include all source projects or an advertising budget.
The next step
Send the concept, approved copy, brand assets and placement list. Asset count, localization, editable sources and media buying are separate decisions about scope and responsibility.
